Larissa is the best! She was patient, knowledgeable, organized, and on top of every detail. She also gently talked me out of a bunch of stupid first-time-seller concepts I had, which would have cost me money in the long run. Larissa was recommended to us by our landlord as soon as we shared that we were looking for a home. We were first-time homebuyers and a little nervous about finding a home in Kirkland within our budget, that didn't require significant renovation. Since we were new to the process, Larissa walked us through everything we needed to know about where to look for homes, which lenders to work with, and how to be prepared to make an offer. She also helped us decide on what kind of property was best for us (condo, townhome, or house). Larissa was just "hands off" enough - she let us have our space and really find what we wanted, without bugging us every day about new listings. Once we found the perfect Kirkland condo, Larissa was ON it and we got mutual on the first offer we put in! She was always available and quick to respond, and really helped us keep on top of all the tasks we needed to complete. It's easy to underestimate the amount of work that goes into selling a home and Larissa was there each step of the way to ensure nothing was missed -- met with the stagers, inspectors (we pre-inspected and provided the report to all potential buyers) coordinated a couple repairs prior to listing, marketed and hosted our open houses, responded to EVERY single question we had that came up and basically immediately. If she didn't have the answer right away she'd still respond and let us know when she would have an answer for us or who we needed to talk with in order to get our question answered (mostly loan questions, rates, etc.). She coordinated and kept in contact with our loan officer, and the list goes on. The process of listing and selling our home was seamless. Most importantly, I felt like we were a team. She worked with us to clearly outline what we needed to do get our house ready, ways by which we could increase value and completely organized all the relevant folks to get the house ready for showing (electrical, plumbing, contractor, landscaper etc).
