Larissa was recommended to us by our landlord as soon as we shared that we were looking for a home. We were first-time homebuyers and a little nervous about finding a home in Kirkland within our budget, that didn't require significant renovation. Since we were new to the process, Larissa walked us through everything we needed to know about where to look for homes, which lenders to work with, and how to be prepared to make an offer. She also helped us decide on what kind of property was best for us (condo, townhome, or house). Larissa was just "hands off" enough - she let us have our space and really find what we wanted, without bugging us every day about new listings. Once we found the perfect Kirkland condo, Larissa was ON it and we got mutual on the first offer we put in! She was always available and quick to respond, and really helped us keep on top of all the tasks we needed to complete. Larissa helped me find and purchase a property in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood. Her knowledge of the Central/North Seattle neighborhoods and connections in the industry helped us quickly identify a good property (location, building specs, value for money) and to position an offer accepted by the Seller within a day. In addition to what I would expect as core service offered by an agent, she was very helpful in introducing me to a good lender (service quality, ease of doing business), giving me tips and recommendations on how to avoid risks and delays in the closing process and introducing me to a property manager after closing on the property.

Larissa is the best! She was patient, knowledgeable, organized, and on top of every detail. Highly recommend! Larissa is a must have on your team whether you're selling or buying. She knows the industry extremely well and has all the right connections from contractors to brokers. She'll work for you and make the process straightforward and painless. Her negotiation skills really made her shine. We initially had one offer at review deadline, but she managed to convince a 2nd buyer to put in an offer and the bids escalated from there. Suffice it to say we were blown away with the closing offer.

Thank you Larissa for selling our sweet little Seattle home and helping us move out to the country. Larissa's knowledge of the Seattle market is outstanding. She knew right where to list it and got us tip-TOP dollar. It's easy to underestimate the amount of work that goes into selling a home and Larissa was there each step of the way to ensure nothing was missed -- met with the stagers, inspectors (we pre-inspected and provided the report to all potential buyers) coordinated a couple repairs prior to listing, marketed and hosted our open houses, responded to EVERY single question we had that came up and basically immediately. If she didn't have the answer right away she'd still respond and let us know when she would have an answer for us or who we needed to talk with in order to get our question answered (mostly loan questions, rates, etc.). She coordinated and kept in contact with our loan officer, and the list goes on. The process of listing and selling our home was seamless. Most importantly, I felt like we were a team.
